Chippewa County seeks citizen volunteers for membership on various standing and special committees, boards and commissions identified below. Board of Health The Chippewa County Board of Commissioners seeks to appoint an individual to the Board of Health who provides management and program guidance to the Chippewa County Health Department. The Health Department is responsible for guarding and protecting public health through promotion of safe, healthful living and assisting those in need of obtaining health care. One appointment needed. One vacancy with term expiring 12/31/2013 Applications may be submitted anytime up to 3:00 p.m. Friday, 3, 2012.
