WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES

September 29, 2005

A work session of the Chippewa County Board of Commissioners was held on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the Chippewa County Courthouse in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. Chairman Kay called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Earl Kay, Bernie LaJoie, Dick Timmer, Jim Moore, Scott Shackleton, Don Cooper and Ted Postula (5:10 pm)

MEMBERS ABSENT: None

OTHERS PRESENT: Marilyn McDonald, Diane Cork, Kelly Beaune, Recorder

Agenda Item: Administrator Application

The committee met to discuss the twenty-four (24) job applications for the posted Administrator/CFO position. Each Board member submitted there top choices, with the top six (6) being brought forward for further reference and background checks. Acknowledgement letters will be sent to those whom did not make the initial cut for the Administrator/CFO position.
