MEETING MINUTES

April 19, 2006

A regular meeting of the Chippewa County Board of Commissioners’ was held on Wednesday April 19, 2006 at the Chippewa County Courthouse in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. Chairperson Kay called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. with a quorum present.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Bernie LaJoie, Earl Kay, Don Cooper, Jim Moore, and Scott Shackleton

MEMBERS ABSENT: Richard Timmer and Ted Postula

OTHERS PRESENT: Steve Cannello, Attorney for County; and Kelly Beaune, Recorder

A meeting was held to discuss current litigation going to the Michigan Court of Appeals with Attorney Steve Cannello.

Adjourn

Chairman Kay declared the meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
