Chippewa County Meeting Procedures
The Regular Board meets on the 2nd Monday of each month (unless changed for holidays or other reasons) in the Circuit Court Room of the Chippewa County Courthouse.
Following the call to order by the Chair, one of the Commissioners will lead in the Pledge of Allegiance. Public comments are welcomed at this point. In order to appear and be heard on a public hearing matter before the Commissioners, you should raise your hand and be recognized by the Chair.
After public comments, the Chair will then make announcements of a general nature, call for approval of minutes or previous meetings, or make presentations as appropriate.
