How to Prepare for the Soo Locks Jobs

  The following steps need to be taken in order for contractors to prepare for the Soo Locks jobs.  Please   complete these items in the following order:

  1. Click on this link to obtain a D&B D-U-N-S number if you do not currently have one.

  2. Click on this link to obtain a CCR number if you do not currently have one. 

  3. Go to this link https://www.fbo.gov/index?cck=1&au=&ck= and type in the code of w911xk under quick search to get the bid specs.  This website should be checked frequently for the latest updates.
