When the Court received the report from the Michigan State Police the court will contact you to com to the court to schedule a hearing date, complete the publication and notice of hearing.
The court will then give you a copy of the publication and notice of hearing to bring to the Evening News, 109 Arlington Street, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan 49783 to publish one (1) time 14 days prior to the hearing date. There is a fee payable to the Evening News for the publication.
