Filing fee is $150.00 at the time of filing. Probate Court can accept cash, money order or check payable to the Chippewa county Probate Court.

The following actions are considered civil actions and are commended by filing a summons and complaint and governed by court rules which are applicable to civil actions in circuit court.

Any action against another filed by a fudiciary (personal representative, guardian or conservator), or

any action filed by a claimant after notice that the claim has been disallowed by the fiduciary.
